Time lapse of the process. A lot of experimentation went to this mostly because of trying to figure out how to light the dark side of the hero.

Baddie without their fire sword. The hero stole it from him. How? Who cares, the story needs to happen!

DAZ character with a tiny bit of sculpting. Learned hair grooming for this project. Not the best hair ever but worked for me!

WIP process of Atlea that I modified from an existing model and sculpted over that. Rigged and groomed in the end.

The 3d Ref process. The initial character I used didn't have the definition I wanted so I moved to Daz for my character creation. BG characters are from a B/M/S package.

Big thank you to Paul Canavan for pushing me with this piece. This was part of his Imaginative Realism mentorship that I took part of.
The piece evolved quite a bit over the course of 8 weeks of the mentorship but I'm glad where it ended up.
I learned many useful tools during this, which I've already seen to improve my recent work. 3D is definitely something I'll be utilizing more in the future.
Also thank you to Krasgar for the suggesting the distant mountains and changing the clouds a little bit! Made a big difference in the end in my opinion!
