Jester's Tear - Homunculus

A special and rare achievement of alchemists practising forbidden blood alchemy in secrecy by using blood from a Void creature or from a Great Old One's heart. Blood from either will work, but god’s blood has a higher chance of success in creation of the Homunculus Anthroparion. They can be grafted in a lab from multiple creatures, including humans, and incubated in a casing of intestine, mimicking the environment of a womb.

As the blood is naturally generating some heat, the incubation can be done in colder spaces; giving blood alchemists more options to hide their hideous creations.
