Now a yearly tradition for me is to try make at least one Mermaid piece for Mermay. For this year I wanted to switch it up and use one of my own design of a mermaid that is not your traditional beautiful sea goddess but more monster or creature like.
For the story I wanted to leave it a little ambiguous on what exactly is happening in the scene. So, whatever you think is happening is possibly canon, haha.
